These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms on which the PiPO HRIS platform is supplied — that relationship is governed by a separate written agreement between ACCUREX Human Capital Hub Limited and the customer organisation, and nothing on this website varies it.

Using this website
You may read this website, and use the enquiry forms on it, for the purpose of finding out about PiPO HRIS. Please do not use it to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, to interfere with its operation, or to extract content at scale for republication.
The content on it
The text, design, product descriptions and illustrations on this site belong to us. You are welcome to quote or reference them with attribution; please do not reproduce substantial parts of the site as your own.
Product illustrations
The application screens shown throughout this site are representative illustrations of PiPO HRIS. The figures in them are illustrative and do not represent any real organisation, employee or payroll.
Accuracy
We try hard to describe the platform accurately, including what it does not do. Even so, this is a marketing website: product capability, integration scope and statutory handling for your organisation are confirmed in scoping and set out in the agreement. Where this site and that agreement differ, the agreement governs.

Where we link to a site we do not run, we are not responsible for its content.
Changes, and what this page is not
We may update this website and these terms. The effective date at the top shows when this version was published.
This page is not a contract for the supply of software. Service levels, support commitments, liability, data processing terms, termination and payment terms are set out in the customer agreement, which is negotiated and signed rather than posted on a website. If you want to see those terms before committing, ask us at hello@pipohris.io and we will send them.
