What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
This policy covers this website — pipohris.co.ke — and the enquiry forms on it. It is written in plain language on purpose. ACCUREX Human Capital Hub Limited is the data controller for information collected here. Personal data held inside the PiPO HRIS platform on behalf of a customer organisation is a separate matter: there the customer is the controller and we act on their instructions under the agreement between us, and that agreement — not this page — governs it.

What this website collects
Information you give us
The demo and contact forms on this site ask for your name, work email, company, workforce size, area of interest and, optionally, a phone number and free-text detail about your workforce. You choose what to enter. We use it to respond to your enquiry and to prepare for the conversation you asked for.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit — the pages you view, the approximate source of the visit, browser and device type — through analytics. This is used to understand which pages are useful and where the site is failing people.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not buy contact lists and add people to them.
- We do not ask for, or want, sensitive personal information through this website.
- This website does not carry third-party advertising.
Why we hold it, and for how long
We hold enquiry information because you asked us to contact you, and to keep a record of the commercial conversation that follows. We keep it for as long as the enquiry or the relationship is live, and then for the period required for our own records.
If you want to know exactly what we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted, write to hello@pipohris.io and we will deal with it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and that request does not need a reason.
Who else sees it
Enquiry information is seen by the people at ACCUREX Human Capital Hub Limited who need it to respond to you. We use third-party service providers to run this website and our analytics; they process information on our instructions. We do not share enquiry information with anyone else except where we are required to by law.
Data held inside the PiPO HRIS platform
When an organisation uses PiPO HRIS, employee and worker data in that environment belongs to that organisation. They decide what is collected and why; we process it on their instructions under our agreement with them.
If you are an employee or worker whose data is in a PiPO HRIS environment and you want to see, correct or remove it, the right route is your employer — they control the record. If you cannot get a response, contact us at hello@pipohris.io and we will help you reach the right person.
Hosting arrangements, retention periods, backup and security arrangements for a customer environment are set out in that customer's agreement and implementation documentation, because they are specific to the deployment.
